Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. High volume may add a few days.
Delivery timeframe
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch. Times vary by destination and courier. Custom print jobs may need extra production time — we will confirm this when you order.
Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Duties or taxes, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
You receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number(s). Tracking usually activates within 24 hours.
Address
Please provide a complete, accurate address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If a parcel returns because of an incorrect address, re-delivery may be chargeable.
Damage in transit
If an order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim and keep packaging. Email us at contact@printperfect.in so we can help.
